Processes Unlimited’s CLIP Team (Continuous Lean Improvement at ProU) is committed to implementing an effective and sustainable long-term continuous improvement program.

Utilizing common Lean Manufacturing principles provides a cornerstone to cutting waste and a more efficient work environment for our personnel.

Completed Projects
 
Conference Room 5S - Further organized ProU’s conference rooms by creating supply checklists, continuous clean up rules and purchasing specialty reservation software.

3D Deliverables - Developed guidelines for a workflow process (tools, tips, and tricks) to be utilized by designers and drafters using AutoCAD to develop and model 3D designs to generate 2D deliverables.

Employee Handbook - Developed an Orientation Manual to be used when new staff begins working at ProU. 
 
Current Projects

Waste Watchers - Cutting waste in ProU’s operations by implementing an incentive plan to encourage lean suggestions from ProU personnel.

5S Personal Workspace - Creating a lean work environment by remembering the 5S: Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain. A clean work area is an efficient work area.

Annual Performance Review - Kaizen event to evaluate and streamline the annual performance review of employees.

Visual Metrics for Teams - Each team at ProU will post visual metrics to show team performance and current projects.
