ProU India Private Limited is a full-service engineering, design/drafting and construction management company. The office is located in Chennai, India, a city of nearly 7 million people that is emerging as an IT, telecommunications, engineering and automobile manufacturing center. Officially established in October 2006, ProU India is a joint venture between Processes Unlimited International Inc (USA), Manrochem India Private Limited (India) and Gulf Process Company (Bahrain). 

Processes Unlimited provides ProU India organizational infrastructure and project expertise in the oil and gas as well as other industries served. Though ProU India is primarily focused in the oil and gas sector, it also provides engineering services to five other industries: materials handling, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, industrial/manufacturing, and public/private utilities. The company has adopted Processes Unlimited’s policy of working in client-centered teams, offering clients a single point of contact. In 2005, Processes Unlimited International acquired a joint venture with Venezuelan firm Procesos y Negocios Integrales C.A (Proynca) to formulate Proynca USA in California. Proynca specializes in surface facilities engineering, design, and operations support for the oil and gas industry. The company’s staff of engineers has an average of 20 years industry experience with a variety of specializations in chemical, mechanical, process, instrumentation and control, electrical, civil engineering, and project management. Services include process engineering, project development and management, strategic planning, economic and risk analysis, and operations and maintenance supervision.
